Tom is a Nutritionist & Exercise Scientist specialising in body recomposition for general population clients. He has been working with private clients since 2014 and has coached hundreds of clients through personal training and online coaching.

Tom’s area of expertise is helping young professionals develop training and nutrition strategies that will help them improve their body composition and maintain the results from age 30-50.
