I have read every book Torey Hayden has written and this is the only one I have ever hated! The writing, the story, the other professionals, all amount to a horribly written book. The book simply was dreadful, the little girl in it one dimensional, Joseph was not likable, along with the other people in the book. I ended skimming pages. I do not know what happened, but this was a terrible book.
