A lot of the negative reviews here are from people who are "invetors" and not traders. If you plan on day or swing trading short term, then this book is a MUST. Psychological boundaries are a known hindrance to a true TRADER This book will help identify and overcome these roadblocks.

In starting I was thinking why I'm reading this book as I was not getting into what I was looking for. But as the chapters passed one after other I was all around it. Like this is what kind of direction is needed for me. Chapter 11 is at one side and the rest 10 on the other. But without going through Chapter 1 to 10 there is no merit in jumping for the final. Step by step 🥲. Worthy book to read. Exercise is must to actually receive the value that our great author had delivered thru this book.

This book is a game changer. Honestly, I struggle to come up with the words that best describe just how vital this guide is for every trader who has any serious intention of being consistent and successful. Your mindset plays a bigger role than you might know and Mark Douglas does a fantastic job of explaining how. I've read some page turners but THIS was hard to put down. And the way I trade has been altered forever.
