He owns two physical therapy clinics in Maryland specializing in the management of individuals with chronic pain conditions including myofascial pain. In addition, Dr Dommerholt is owner of Myopain Seminars, a post-graduate continuing education company offering a wide variety of myofascial pain courses, dry needling courses, TMD and pelvic pain management courses, among others.
