Questo trattato ha l’obiettivo di accompagnare il lettore nel campo dell’agricoltura e dei finanziamenti stanziati dalla Regione Emilia-Romagna con contributo dell’Unione Europea, introducendolo agli aspetti fondamentali di questo nuovo Piano di Sviluppo Rurale. Illustreremo come l’inserimento dei giovani in agricoltura sia agevolato mediante misure che incoraggiano investimenti in aziende agricole da parte di beneficiari del Primo insediamento, ed aiuti all’avviamento di imprese da parte di giovani agricoltori. Un esempio di ipotetica impresa che può essere costituita in armonia con i principi di questo PSR, riservando attenzione alla nascita di nuovi fenomeni di mercato, è rappresentata dal Birrificio agricolo.
