Das Institut für Arbeitsforschung und Organisationsberatung (iafob) ist aus der Eidgenössischen Technischen Hochschule (ETH) Zürich entstanden und verfolgt als privatwirtschaftliches Institut eine konsequente Verknüpfung von Arbeitsforschung und Organisationsberatung.
Dazu erforscht das iafob innovative Ansätze der Unternehmensgestaltung und begleitet Organisationen bei der Konzeption und Umsetzung betrieblicher Veränderungs- und Innovationsprozesse.
Das vorliegende Buch beinhaltet eine weitere Bilanz der Arbeit des iafob in Forschung und Beratung.
Der thematische Bogen erstreckt sich über relevante Fragen der Strategieklärung und -definition, der Arbeits- und Organisationsgestaltung, der Organisations- und Führungsentwicklung, des Human Resource Management, der Arbeitssicherheit und des Gesundheitsmanagements bis hin zu Fragen der Konzeption und Gestaltung von Veränderungsprozessen in Unternehmen.
Die betrieblichen Fallbeispiele stammen aus Organisationen verschiedener Größen und Branchen.
