They work close together to determine if their bogey is just burning buildings or creating a distraction in order to find something else. Meanwhile, the firefighter and the deputy spark a tinder of desire that threatens to go up in flames.

Elle James was born in Spokane, Washington on Fairchild Air Force Base. She grew up as a military brat moving around quite often from places like Glasgow, Montana, Abilene, Texas and California. She credits her aspiration to her writing partner and sister, Delilah Devlin. She writes the series Dark Lords, Devil's Shroud, amd Covert Cowboys Inc.
