More of a 3.5 stars story We are back with the Buckskin Brotherhood. A brotherhood formed by boys who were lost in their lives and were given an opportunity to thrive when Charlie and Henri took them under their wings. Now they are all honorable men who are slowing finding the love of their lives. New member Garrett Whittaker is taken by single mom Anna Warren . But her little boy is scared of men, after seeing how his Dad treated his mother. Garrett is no exception. Just seeing him causes the little boy , Georgie, to go into a panic. Meanwhile Garrett does all he can to get not only Anna but also Charlie to find a way to heal and overcome their fears as well as realize he is already in love with both of them. This was a sweet story with a good cast of main and secondary characters. A nice story for an afternoon of leisure. I was entrusted a copy of this book. The opinions expressed are solely my own.

This tugs on your heart for several reasons. Garrett is great, patient, protective, compassionate and unabashed when it comes to his feelings for Anna and her son. I felt sorry for the emotional baggage they carry. Garrett doesn't shy away from earning their trust, their journey is realistic and it isn't easy but he is determined and she's willing. Love the Brotherhood & the love this family circle openly shares. I received a free advance copy without obligation and am voluntarily reviewing.
