James O. Fraioli has twenty-three cookbooks and a James Beard Award to his credit. His titles have been featured on the Food Network, The Ellen DeGeneres Show, and in the New York Times. The author is notorious for teaming up with celebrity chefs, mixologists, and world-renowned restaurants to showcase the best the culinary world has to offer. He resides in Redmond, Washington.

Jessica Nicosia-Nadler is a highly regarded food photographer who captures the alluring beauty of food and beverages in remarkably stunning ways. A highly coveted approach to showcasing simple home cooked foods to commercial food styling guides her photographic work with unmatched intuition and skill.
