He has been a Senior Research Associate of the landmark GLOBE research program at the Wharton School of Business, USA.

Montgomery Van Wart

is a Professor in the Department of Public Administration at California State University, San Bernardino, USA. He is also a Visiting Professor at the University of Hong Kong, and former Senior Research Scholar at KU Leuven, Belgium.
