This is a good read for people going through addiction or family and friends of people going through addiction. The Author goes in depth as to what changes your brain goes through and the outcome of those changes due to addiction problems. Good for family and friends as it will help give some insight as to why the addicted is doing or going through at particular stages in addiction or recovery.
