An entertaining spin-off series, featuring Diesel and Gerwulf, from the Stephanie Plum, 'Between The Numbers' books.
The novel introduces a new character, Lizzie Tucker, an Unmentionable, who has the ability to find empowered objects and bake incredible cupcakes. Her life spins out of control when Diesel recruits Lizzie as his new apprentice/partner and drags her into his search for the Seven Stones of Power. Throw in a ninja cat, a crazy monkey, an aspiring witch and Salem, Massachusetts and you have a recipe for one bizarre adventure. A good read for a rainy day, or a day at the beach.

An amazingly funny and intriguing read with characters that are hilarious and devious coupled with witty banter. I totally recommend this book because you'll fall in love with Diesel and adore how Lizzie copes with this sexy yet delinquent like guy. The twist and turns make the book that much better.

I love the new series! I cant read Janet's books fast enough! I can't wait for the next book in the wicked series now too :-) I really like how the story sort of intertwines with the Plum books. Its a fun new adventure with the same great writing style. I love Janet! Keep the wonderful books coming!
