Balis, M.D., is Professor of Psychiatry, Director of Education and Director of Residency Training at the University of Maryland School of Medicine, Baltimore, and an editor of the Psychiatric Foundations of Medicine series., Beverly J. Sutton, M.D., is Director of the Austin Residency Program and Child Psychiatry Fellowship, Austin, Texas, and is on the psychiatry and pediatrics faculties of four Texas medical schools.
