A four-block area of Minneapolis, adjacent to the University of Minnesota. Home to Bob Dylan’s “Positively 4th St.,” the hip-est and most happening neighborhood west of New York&rsquos Greenwich Village, or London’s SoHo. Probably named in 1948 for the small Trolley cars, Dinkys, that used to connect the neighborhood to the rest of Minneapolis, it is to this day a business district known for unique shops and interesting people.
