Employee proactivity has largely been understood in terms of employees changing their environment or changing themselves. In this novel study Wu offers an alternative lens through which to examine such behaviour – the concept of attachment theory. About the author

Chia-Huei Wu is an associate professor at Durham University. His research focuses on proactive behaviour, work and personality development, and subjective well-being. He earned his PhD degree at the University of Western Australia.
