Angeline Tan was an educator, author and entrepreneur. She founded Creative Culture Consultants, a consultancy cum tutorial centre, which is located along Bendeemer Road. Much of her work involved the development and teaching of creative educational programmes aimed at stimulating students to view learning in a whole new light – fun yet enriching. Angeline had been featured in The Straits Times and on Channel NewsAsia (Get Rea! – a current affairs programme).

- offers tuition classes for Pre-primary (Discover! – A Creative Phonics and Reading Programme), Primary (English, Mathematics and Science), Secondary (English, A/E Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry) and Junior College students. The course contents and materials were specially developed according to the latest MOE syllabi, with a focus on hands-on approach to learning to spark the interest of young minds and unlock their creative potential.
- conducts Comprehension and Creative Writing course for primary students. This specially designed programme addresses the areas in the English Language examination many students have difficulty in. For secondary students, the English Essentials programme addresses their specific needs to excel in both papers of the English Language examination.
- has been a programme partner of the Speak Good English Movement. In conjunction with the National Library Board, numerous public workshops had been conducted for students and parents at various branches of the National Libraries during the school holidays.
- offers Accelerated Learning Workshops for students in education centres and organizations such as the Port of Singapore Authority and the Chinese Swimming Club.
