About this ebook

Can the right Daddy make a stubborn desert flower blossom?

Landscape architect Jolene Miller is on a mission and nothing is going to stop her. Hired to restore the landscaping surrounding the vintage Route 66 motel where she met and married her late husband, she’s determined to have everything her way – no matter how many times her employers threaten to fire her.

When retired Navy captain Zach Stratton is called in to assist with a ‘brat problem,’ he jumps at the chance to see his old friends. It doesn’t hurt that the brat in question is gorgeous, stubborn, and exactly what he never knew he needed. All he has to do is convince her to take a chance on them both.

I started this thinking Grimm tales. Ok, a new twist or parody of a classic. However, first 5 pages, so not. A woman expected to call a strange man daddy 5 minutes after a first meeting was disturbing. A grown man addressing a woman he expects to participate in sexual play with as daddy's little girl . Demanding the female to call him daddy during sex is disturbing. A man spanking or punishing before sex while then partner is expected to submit as a good little daddy's girl is not sexy wording.. I find this grooming in more books now . Seems an effort to make this language accepted in other situations. Sexy characters are fun and entertaining to read but words have meaning and intent. There's got to be better words because these aren't.. these are phases that people with no boundaries have tried to alter the meaning of, and many children have and do spend years in therapy because Daddy's little girl should never be a sex partner. That's a hard stop.
