An Outstanding Suspense Romance . I volunteered to read and review an advanced readers copy through Net Galley of The Bodyguard Next Door. Pierce Jennings works for Wilde security . He moves into an apartment next to Artist Iris Stuart . He is attracted to Iris . Pierce steps in when he finds Iris in danger . He will stop at nothing to protect her . He hopes to get out of the friend zone he finds himself in . Both Pierce and Iris have secrets . Iris must trust Pierce with her secrets and her heart so he can protect her . I really enjoyed reading this story . It's full of action and suspense quite a steamy romance. I found it a very entertaining story . I highly recommend taking the time to read.

Four and a half stars The Bodyguard Next Door is the fifteenth in Cynthia Eden’s delectable Wilde Ways series. Pierce Jennings moves in next door to Iris Stuart, and much to his dismay, seems to be promptly friend-zoned. For her part, Iris had a bit of an unconventional childhood, and isn’t eager to drag Pierce into that messy world. When the baddies slide out of the woodwork as they inevitably do, Cynthia Eden takes it up a notch with her exciting action and heated passion. Pierce and Iris negotiate the terms of her kidnapping while trying to determine who to trust and how to set a trap of their own. Readers will be charmed and utterly satisfied by Ms Eden’s entertaining blend of heart and heat and action!

Cynthia Eden brings her A Game in this new 5 Star adventure!! Pierce Jennings moves into a new building and his neighbor has immediately put him in the friend zone even though there are sparks flying. But that will not do at all for him. Iris Stuart has so many secrets she’s afraid to get close to anyone. She in Witness Protective Custody. But then she meets The smoking hot guy next door. “That doesn’t mean I am not well acquainted with bad. And, baby, I can be so very bad.” Pierce goes all alpha male protective when Iris is attacked. “Well, Captain Way Too Obvious, have you thought that doing a stake-out right across the street isn’t the best plan? I love the premise of this story because it was so different and I fall in love all over again with every new story. Of course now I have to know more about Remy and Constantine.
