This was a sweet small-town romance, a story of friends to love. It was fun watching Holly & Cooper discovered what everyone knew already. I was gifted an advanced reader's copy and I'm voluntarily sharing my honest opinion.

Once Upon a Romance is a sweet and special tale that stands out even among Chris Keniston's amazing novels. Friends to lovers, or at least in love, is one of my favorite tropes and this tale brings that but so much more. As HER NAME begins her audit of the contents of a house she know well, her childhood best friend and grandson of the late owner is draw irresistibly to work with her. At first his growing attraction for old friend is the draw but soon artifacts of his grandmother's early live become just as compelling.
