I now understand how to season and why I need to season my cast iron skillet thoroughly. I feel confident that it will now become my “go-to” pan. There are so many delicious recipes in this book that I don’t know which one to try first. Will it be Rangers of Freedom Frittata Primavera, or Zip Jet Skillet Ziti or Masked Marvel Mushroom Chicken? This book is full of handy tips and guides, such as how to select the correct cut of beef or how to break down that chicken at home. Once you have select the correct ingredients for your family, there are many tempting recipes to use in you cast iron skillet or dutch oven. It is perfect cook book for both a beginner or more experienced cook. Try it today, you will not be disappointed.
