About the author

The therapist Isis Estrada is a master's degree holder in psychology, graduated from the University of Minnesota, USA, and the University Antonio de Nebrija in Spain.

For several decades, she has been a professor at various universities in her native country, Mexico. She is also a best-selling author of various books related to alternative therapies and mysticism.

Currently, she is the director of the "Mystic Path" Center for Alternative Therapies in Mexico City.

She also works as a psychotherapist, providing individual and couples therapy in her office at Mexico City.

She is also a member of "The International Guild of Complementary Therapists" in London, England.

She is the co-director of the Holos Arts Project, an editorial and artistic creation project, along with her husband, Carlos Robles Cruz, who is also a writer and therapist.
