Apple cider vinegar has many uses. I use it for Making salad dressing and most recently for losing weight. I take 1 cup of juice (orange, grapefruit or pineapple) 1 teaspoon of honey and 2 teaspoons of ACV. I also drink hot tea with honey and ACV before I go to bed.

I wish the benefits that apple cider vinegar has on cystic acne would have been stressed more since I have witnessed them firsthand. Overall, the book was great and very informative. The author mentioned the benefits it has on weight. Apple cider vinegar has done a great job stabilizing my weight. I would definitely recommend this book.

While this isn't strictly a diet as you can continue to eat as you would normally, (without over indulging of course) but it does help you lose weight at a steady and healthy pace. ⛥⛥⛥⛥⛥
