Not a bad read, at all. A very cool concept. If I had anything to complain about, at all (and even coming up with this was a bit of a stretch), I'd say that the interaction between the teenagers felt unnatural at times. But even then, it was okay, as these weren't "natural" teens. I'll continue the series, thankful that this was a cool free preview to it.

Now she understands why. She is not imagining things. But her life gets stranger when her new friend Will seems to understand. Rippling? What does that even mean. Writer Cidney Swanson has a way of turning a potential new relationship inside out. She makes it hard for two young soul-mates to see one another when they keep vanishing. And with someone out to kill Sam, the whole affair is nothing short of perilous. Everyone has secrets and it seems no-one is safe. How can Sam’s new best friend, Will Baker, save her when he can’t even save himself… not even from his own sister who seems bent on running away at the first sign of trouble. Really loved the book, as a 17 year old it's hard to actually loose yourself in a good story but this one has to be one of the best and most inspiring books I've read, (and trust me that's out of a lot!) and the author is really nice too, I emailed her about the free thank you book and was ecstatic to hear back the same day!! Really gives me hope as an aspiring writer myself 👍
