About this ebook

Purchased by a prince

When the IDA hires Georgie to plan the first ever human-alien matchmaking soiree, Georgie thinks a charity auction for the local animal shelter will be the perfect ice-breaker. But to get the local singles to participate, she has to set an example, so she offers herself as one of the dates.

What she doesn’t expect is for her alien buyer to be so freakin’ hot. A few drinks in, and Georgie finds herself alone on a spaceship with a blue-skinned, muscle-bound male.

Misunderstood matchmaking

The Kirenai shapeshifters are known for the pleasure they give their bedmates, and Prince Arazhi is no exception. When his family insists it’s time for him to produce an heir, the last thing he wants is a jealous, power-hungry female weighing him down, so he heads to Earth. Human females are supposed to be pliant and fertile, willing to bear children without permanent bonds.

There, he spots a female with a regal bearing that makes his blood thrum hot. Better yet, it appears that she’s for sale.

But when Georgie not only refuses to be owned but also claims to be barren, Arazhi must choose. Will he follow his heart, or fulfill his duty?

Join the fun in this dating auction gone wrong! Protective, possessive alien shifters carry human women away to adventures on alien planets where they fall hard and fast for their mates. Full of cute and funny moments, futuristic scifi action, and lots of spicy smutt.

Arazhi is book 1 in the brand new Tamsin Ley series Kirenai Fated Mates that falls within a multi-author series Intergalactic Dating Agency. From what I can tell, all of the books will be standalone, so I think it's safe to start anywhere. The book is written in third person omniscient from both leads' point of view (alternating). This is an alien royalty, sci-fi romance featuring a unique twist on the 'shapeshifter' genre that was lots of fun. Arazhi is a prince in need of an heir (the mate part is optional to him) who goes to earth to take part in the very first inter-species function at which he believes he is purchasing a bond-servant (think indentured servants of the last century-they're there by choice). Georgie is a divorcee who is trying to get a party planning business off the ground and picks up this interstellar soiree on a whim thinking it's probably just a regular dating meetup with an alien theme. Even when she realizes that the aliens are real, she's still all on board with it and sets up a dating auction (with pets!) for the aliens. Obviously, there are a few rather humorous misunderstandings. The story follows our two potential lovers on adventure across space, through some would be assassinations, a good dose of family drama (royalty always seems to come with that, doesn't it?), and some steamy hot romance that takes them both by surprise more even than the violence. Overall it's a fun story, with likable characters and interesting world building. I'm looking forward to book two from Mrs. Ley and already have Cruz from Mrs. Rudolph on my kindle to read. If you like your aliens blue, your romance sizzling, your adventures to span a universe, a smidge of family drama, and a healthy helping of loving friendships, this is a great book for you.

This is a engaging story in the Intergalactic Dating Agency series. This is about Prince Arazhi who travels to Earth because his family wants him to have a heir attends a charity fund raiser for the local animal shelter mistaking the dating auction for a marriage contract spies Georgie. Georgie who runs Yappy Hour a pet grooming and boarding business sets up a charity fund. Georgie volunteers to be bid on for a date where aliens are the bidders gets abducted by the Prince. This has touches of humor as the Prince believes the rules of mating pertain to the humans, not taking care of the pets that are included and there is a mystery as to who poisoned his father as the romance blooms between them in this enjoyable alien romance story.
