Grubbs, PhD, CRC, CFLE, is a Research Assistant Professor in the Department of Educational Psychology and Counseling, College of Education, Health and Human Sciences at the University of Tennessee-Knoxville, where she serves as a Training Coordinator with the Regional Rehabilitation Countinuing Education Program (RRCEP).

Jack L. Cassell, PhD, is a Research Professor in the Department of Educational Psychology and Counseling at the University of Tennessee-Knoxville.
