Ratings and reviews

There are some parts of this book that are utterly ridiculous. I don't know why the editor did not help the author more, because there are so many logical lapses in this book, especially about the mind overcoming physical limits and psychic ability. The author's understanding of physics is way of too. Traversi will make an assertion about bad leadership, but never explain how that claim works against leadership. Somehow the reader is suppose to understand what the other is saying. The book is really a badly written self-help book under the leadership/management banner.

David M. Traversi is the founder and managing director of 2020 Growth Partners, LLC (www.2020gp.com), which offers executive coaching, strategic advisory, merchant banking, and leadership development services to executives and companies across the United States. He has worked as a chief executive of operating companies, a trial lawyer, a commercial lender, an investment banker, private company investor. In addition, he has started several successful companies in diverse industries. Traversi holds an MBA from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley, and a JD from the King Hall School of Law at the University of California, Davis.
