3 years ago, after a near fatal car accident... I gained around xxxlbs, basically due to my injuries to my leg and back. All I could do is lay around healing I had to have surgery, reconstruction of my leg to save it. Thank God, to my plastic surgeon! He's a gem!! Nevertheless. Because I was tired of rolling in and out of bed and the car, looking in the mirror at a person I no longer knew. I decided to start eating healthy and to date I've lost 130lbs. Over half my body weight! I'm happy and healthy, however I hate my belly. I believe my next journey is to take this book to heart and hopeful that someday write my own book to share my journey to help others, if I only knew where to start! You always hear don't always believe what you read! Read this book and believe!

Thanks Dr. Stork for writing a " lifestyle" book! This book is so informative. As someone who suffers with gut health issues and chronic back pain, I'm starting immediately changing the foods my family and I eat. I can't wait to reap the benefits from following your advice!

Well I WOULD TELL YOU WHAT I THINK IF I COULD ACTUALLY READ IT!!!!!!! This is the second and last time I buy a book here. Keeps saying that I already read the book. Which isn't true , even if I had I bought the darn thing I should be able to read it as many times as I want!!
