I just bought this product, and when i opened it up....... all the pages were out of order. I called the costumer service and they were nice to refund my money. From what i got is that they just scan books and no one checks them until someone like me buys it and complains. I wouldve kept it, but they said it would takes weeks to fix. Novel concept, but apparently there is no quality control.

I bought this book as a reference for a journal article and found it so frustrating to use. As mentioned - pages are out of order and very slow to load or not loading at all. I will contact customer service as well and demand a refund. I just hope other text is not the same.
