About the author

Jane Hornby began her cookery career with a year's training at Leith's School of Food and Wine swiftly followed by a placement as cookery assistant at Good Food. Jane has freelanced for various book publishers and food and women's magazines including Olive, Good Housekeeping and Family Circle. Before long the chance came to return to Good Food, where she's written, baked, stirred and styled her way up to food editor. She frequently works with the biggest names in food and regularly creates recipes for Good Food magazine.
