I have eaten horse meat as a child it was really good too. Our neighbor had a horse the broke it’s leg. It has to be put down so we got some of the meat.

It's a good for the curious. Don't listen to the people who can't cope with the idea of eating an animal that isn't food production in the USA. I hear it is delicious, and would be willing to try equestrian meat one day. Happy reading!
