About the author
Michael C. Bush is CEO of Great Place to Work. He was a member of President Obama’s White House Business Council and served previously as president of the 8 Factors, an online learning organization, as well as CEO of Tetra Tech Communications, which he grew from $40 million to $300 million in revenues.
