A PB&J never sounded so good! J. Kenner is back with a short and sassy standalone that is witty, fun, and of course, sexy. After a date meet-up goes awry, Pierce and Jez manage to meet up again. She's protective of her up-and-coming sister, and he's protective of anyone who hires his company. The banter between these two is electrifying and steam up the pages, the back and forth these two did made me blush a few times for sure. I loved the vibrant and well-written characters, and the storyline was unique, it was just a little shorter than I would have wanted. Great book that I'd definitely recommend to anyone!

My only complaint, wish it were twice as long. But this is otherwise sooooo good. Sexy, interesting characters. I'm usually anti single pov but this author does it so well I never feel like I'm missing stuff. Great break from the everyday!

Sexy little story with all the happy! J. Kenner delivers all you need in this bite sized read. Sexy rugged former military man working security...check A no nonsense woman with a backbone...check Chemistry ...check An emotional conflict...yes!! A chance to change a bad decision...☺ So like I said, everything you could want...oh and with the rest of the Blackwell-Lyons team, a promise of more!
