Amazing! Not only did I loose all my baby weight but my stomach felt so much better. I have digestive issues and felt so good with this plan. After just having my 3rd and last child I will be trying this again

All of what she say just makes sense. I lost 7 lbs on the detox and I wasn't hungry. Very excited to see what the next phase brings for me. I am finding clarity and understanding of my body. So thankful for this book.
