Cathrine Birkeland has been vegan since 2011 and one of her biggest passions is cooking. As a mother of 3 kids and after working in kindergartens for many years, she has gained a lot of experience in cooking vegan food that suits little picky eaters, and in 2021 she published her first book about plantbased nutrition with over 40 delicious recipes. The book was released in Norway, and written together with a Medical Doctor/professor and a vegan certified nutritionist.
