I, as a lay person, enjoyed the tips (how to stay connected and have hope) and the emerging new normal of teletherapy presented in this book. Now more than ever we need solid continuous access to good mental health services and that is so much easier via not in person services. This book covers cultural differences in mental health access, Digital Poverty lack of access, students, and many new ways of getting access. I really liked that this way covered by multiple people from a slew of angles. This book covers an issue that was on the increase preCovid and of course surged during Covid; isolation, in a way to understand how we need to figure out ways to stay connected for a holistic well rounded lifestyle. Due to the tips I know this is and will continue to be a book I will refer back to PEACE> aur
