This was an entertaining and original story. It had me drawn into its intricate and unique variety of many interesting storylines. There was intrigue, thieving from the rich to give back to the poor, a ruination of character, a loss of friendship, past hardships, and lost, an accident in a rainstorm, a sudden travel across the ocean to correct a wrong done, and it also spoke of war veterans, the poor and orphans plights. I enjoyed how delightful the characters are and watching their personal growth throughout. The romance and steam were beautiful. The ending is quite unique and ends very happily. I highly recommend reading!

This is a very well rounded story, I loved the concept of taking a woman down on her luck, and using her this way to improve the lives of others, and giving a little payback. For once the story didnt feel hurried, and the romance blossomed nicely, with a few twists and turns and the social barriers that exist between the couple. Will her actions get her thrown in prison, will he ever forgive her. Will he realise his mistakes. To find out you will need to read the full book.

I love this, very realistic regency with heartfelt characters and some soul searching things to ponder. What an eye-opening experience as the rules of society come face to face with real love, forgiveness and acceptance. Very emotional, steamy, entertaining and engaging as the entitled gentry gets a taste of reality and a priority check. I received an advance review copy for free, and I am leaving this review voluntarily.
