About this ebook

Nobody puts Georgia in a corner...

Coolheaded Georgia Taylor dreams of becoming a police officer. But her orderly world goes into a tailspin when she and her friends answer an ad looking for egg donors and she winds up the intended bride of an honest-to-goodness alien. Georgia is convinced she can leave the brave new world behind and get back to her life plan, if she can just keep Rocky at arm’s length. If only he weren’t so infernally good-looking and thoughtful…

Rocky is on Earth to fill one human female with as much pleasure as she can bear, a mission he’s eager to tackle especially after meeting Georgia. His chosen bride is clearly attracted to him, but she doesn’t seem to want to give him the time of day, and her every rebuff only makes him more determined to win her.

Tasked with using his powers of human seduction to glean what he can about Earth and its inhabitants, Rocky knows that if the planet’s resources are worthy and its residents aren’t, his days of chasing Georgia will soon be at an end.

I loath books that leave you hanging. Luckily after the first book, I purchased the next two. However if the last one leaves me hanging without a following book I will strike the author off my wish list. So I wait with bated breath. I hope she is sensible and rounds the next book up. Or at least have the next one all ready to read. Fingers crossed.

I enjoy the world building and the interaction with the previous characters although both stories are complete in themselves. I like the complexity of the characters and the sex is balanced by the love and romance and part of an actual story not just soft porn for women as some peoples stories unfortunately are. Well done....I'm off to read book 3 now.

Georgia, Rima, and Posey were friends who came to Stargazer, Penn. to become ambassadors to three travelers from another planet. The girls were to help them blend in to modern day life because the only reference material they had was from the '80's. It was back when men were gentlemen and women let them. Nowadays, women would more or less open the door for a man. Georgia had a plan for her life which did not include a handsome stranger who made her mind and body come alive. Rima's mom, Dr. Brianna needed money when the government discontinued the project so she went to Carlton Briggs for money, as many businesses in town had. Just like the Willy Wonka contracts, his had extra small words. The note was to come due in five years or #five months#. Everyone was noticeably upset. Rocky took Georgia's hand and the went to the docks to think. She had a plan. It included a flying saucer. Where would they get one of those? Duh! An amusement park to turn haunted. Oh, they had one of those, too. People to get the park ready, people to work at the park, and customers to enjoy the park. Do they get to keep their home? Does Georgia priorities change? Does Rocky get to be a real boy?
