After reclaiming his questionable sanity, Urza continues to quietly advance the boundaries of Dominarian magic and technology. This book introduces the long and beautifully tragic plot thread of Master Wizard Barrin, Urzas right hand, who's loyalty and brotherly love weave the destructiveness of a well crafted antihero into perfect and painful focus. Add "time travel" to Urzas cascading list of near cataclysmic blunders.. after he creates sentient artificial life, of course.

Powerful. While at first it may seem long, the writing keeps the reader engaged. It's especially powerful if you are a fan of the card game. You start to appreciate the weight of the characters and the evolution the MTG story has taken. Highly recommend.
