most things in this book are understandable but something's you have to take 10min to figure out what there on about or how to do the actual move e.g. one of the stances asks you to keep your right foot behind your left knee but then tells you to bring it up and slam it at same time. well if you do it that way you will trip over your leg. needs to be more clearer and more pictures to help some people understand easier. but other than that nice stretches and movements.

I want to read the full book but I don't have money so I just read the free sample but then it only contains 65 pages :(

SIFU SHI YAN MING, a 34th-generation Shaolin Warrior monk, is respected not only in the martial arts world but also in the entertainment world by stars like Jet Li, Jackie Chan, Wesley Snipes, and the Wu-Tang clan. His kung fu classes have been featured in USA Today, the New York Times, New York Daily News, and Entertainment Weekly. Brian Gray of Inside Kung Fu magazine has called him a "living treasure of China." He lives in New York City.
