About the author

Peter Rittgen received an MSc in computer science and computational linguistics from University Koblenz-Landau (Germany) and a PhD in economics and business administration from Frankfurt University (Germany). He is currently a senior lecturer at the School of Business and Informatics of the University College of Borås (Sweden). He has been doing research on business processes and the development of information systems since 1997, and has published many articles in these areas. [Editor]
