Ronald Gortz has over 30 years of experience in the dialogue between users and systems development teams, in the development, management of the development of business administration and automation systems (telecommunications, commerce, medical coops, health insurance, group medicine, occupational medicine, and clinical medical labs), in the distribution and implementation of the created solutions, and the consulting processes and operational finances.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, a license in Sciences, a bachelor’s degree in Theology, technical accounting level, and a Master’s degree (MSc) in Business Administration and Leadership, in addition to several technical courses in the areas of computing and leadership.

Manuela Gortz Bonaldo has a bachelor’s degree in Design (UTFPR), a Master's (MSc) and a Ph.D. in Technology and Society (UTFPR). She has over 10 years of experience as a designer, creating several graphic and digital projects, from the briefing to the final approval. She also worked in digital marketing project management and creative team management.
Since 2016 she has been working with interdisciplinary projects and research in the fields of Emotional Design, Service Design, User Experience, Sharing Economy, Actor-Network Theory, among others. She has several papers published in national and international congresses and journals, disseminating the results of already conducted research.
