Even though losing weight will help in lowering blood pressure, you have to take other steps which are elaborated in this book. It's very helpful and the benefit is worth it. Wow amazing health guide for maintaining and lowering blood pressure using natural methods. Hypertension has been running in the family but since I started using these natural methods my body feels better and my quality of life has improved significantly. I skipped all the methods I was using and I'm feeling much better. I don't experience other ailments anymore an even if I have physical wound I tend to heal faster.
