A wonderful little mystery. Lucy Fong wants to rent a shop to help get money to keep her mother's private investigation business going; however, when the inspection is about to begin a man stumbles out of the building and collapses. His bag contains a chicken that escapes into the woods. Lucy must determine what the man was doing in the building, why he stumbled out, why he was later murdered, and who did it all. A fun mystery that plays fair, it is possible to solve the mystery with the information at hand. The book has something to please everything from the casual reader to the hardcore mystery fan,

Another winner from Anne R Tan. While Lucy Fong's mother is still in a coma, Lucy is trying to hold things together, including her mother's detective agency. When a man drops dead in the agency's parking lot, Lucy decides to solve the murder to maintain the agency's reputation. Very likable characters, well written with a twisty plot. More, more, more, please.

This is Just A Lucky Break In, A Lucy Fong Mystery. Lucy is trying to handle business while waiting on her mother to recover. Business is the private investigator kind and people are dying to be her clients…lol. It’s a fun little story with some great characters!!
