About the author

Shi Nansi received his Ph.D. from University of South Australia in 1998 and M.E. from Nanyang Technological University Singapore in 1995. Dr. Shi has over 30 years of experience in Information Management and Systems field, including industry practice, academic research and teaching. He has authored and edited a number of books. He is a certificated Project Management Professional (PMP) and has accomplished several big projects. He is currently interested in IT Governance, Information Management, IT Strategy Planning, Quality Management, Innovation Management and Information Security Management. He is also a doctoral supervisor of the International Graduate School of Business of University of South Australia.

Gilbert Silvius is Professor of Business, IT and Innovation at Utrecht University of Applied Sciences. His research interest is the innovation that organizations can achieve with the use of information technology. Prof. Silvius has over 20 years experience as a consultant in the area of business and IT. He joined Utrecht University in 2003 and has since published on IT business value, Business IT Alignment and Project Management. [Editor]
