i have just ordered this book, but own every book he has written I once went to Lyons where i found him in his friends rod shop. I explained that I had been inspired by him to write a book of my own, when completed I sent him a copy. we go back a ways, presently I'm reading his new book, A Fly rod of your own. I hope he continues working
About the author
John Gierach is the author of more than twenty books about fly-fishing. His writing has appeared in Field & Stream, Gray’s Sporting Journal, and Fly Rod & Reel. He writes a column for Trout magazine and the monthly Redstone Review. John Gierach lives in Lyons, Colorado, with his wife Susan.
