About this ebook

This easy-to-follow two step plan will enable readers to enjoy these remarkable and measurable benefits:

? Lose fat easily and quickly without deprivation, discomfort, or stress
? Improve fat metabolism and avoid regaining lost fat
? Slow the aging process
? Find relief from symptoms of asthma, heart disease, Type 2 diabetes, autoimmune and inflammatory diseases, and menopause-related hot flashes

Most of the reviews of this book are appallingly stupid, rating it one (or even three) stars because you don't like the idea of the diet is utterly idiotic and has nothing to do with the quality of the book.

This is the beat way to lose weight. You have one day of 500 calories followed by the next day of eating normal... meaning you are still watching what you eat but you dont pig out. I have lost 10 pounds in one month and when i want that piece of cake i can have it.
