The illustrated edition really doesn't convey the easy way quitting smoking message with the clarity or authority that the full text edition of the book does. Skip this edition and buy the full text edition, it was all I needed to quit smoking.

Absolutely awesome !!! I loved this book ! I don’t know why anyone here gave it less then 5 stars . It is a simple and enjoyable book to read and funny ! But serious under tones of course . I have been a non smoker for 10 years because of this book ! Highly recommend !!! I like to buy this book to help friends quit smoking now

I always knew and felt the truths in this book but a good map to utilize the knowledge is an essential tool to reclaiming yourself... your real self.
