Talk Hockey to Me is book 3 in the Bears Hockey Series but it can certainly be read and enjoyed as a stand-alone because each book in this series in one hockey players story and this is Hunter and Kate’s time to shine. This book is an emotional roller coaster as this author touches on subjects many would steer well clear off but Ms Jamieson has done a wonderful job highlighting loss and mental illness in this captivating sports romance. Just when Hunter thinks he has the contract he has been working for his agent has a heart attack and he needs a new agent urgently to carry on the talks with the team and that’s where Kate comes in. Kate may not be a well known agent but she loves hockey and is passionate about every player she represents but can she talk Hunter into moving to a team he has avoided for most of his career.... This couple have a history and it’s clear from the moment they meet that the attraction is still there but her job is to get him the best deal not get him into bed, the chemistry is sizzling and it’s going to be hard to resist so will they act on the the feelings they both have or will Hunter’s past ruin his chance at love as well as his career. This is a fantastic addition to this series and I highly recommend you one click this gem of a read.

Second chance romance to melt your heart. Talk Hockey To Me is the third book in the ‘Bears Hockey’ series by Kelly Jamieson. After having read the first two books, I was invested in this series. Hunter and Kate brought a great story with them. I was captivated from the outset. Hunter and Kate met in college, they were both interested in the other, but were just friends until one night… Kate never saw Hunter again. Hunter always wanted to explain why he left the next day and what happened afterward. Both have struggled in the intervening years but when the chips are down and his career on the line, it’s Kate that Hunter turns to. Kate is working hard to be a sports agent, so when Hunter asks her to represent him during his contract negotiations for the NHL, she should be jumping for joy. This could make her career! But, she’d need to see and talk to Hunter again. With all they had once meant to each other, it was easier than she thought. Hunter and Kate are a great couple, who had some baggage to sort through. This was a well written story with enough angst to keep it interesting but with some fun moments too along with the steamy times.

This is book 3 in the Bears Hockey series and it features Kate and Hunter. Hunter has issues from when he was younger and is still dealing with them. These two were friends in college and shared one sizzling HOT night. After that night, they didn’t see each other for four years. Now she’s a sports agent and he’s a hockey player in need of an agent. Great story line between once friends and lovers, who haven’t seen each other in years and are learning about each other all over again. I love seeing characters from previous books.
