Currently Sarah is CEO & Equity Partner at ID Quotient Advisory, a boutique IT Consulting firm founded in 2010 - that specializes in RPA, AI, and Digitization with government and financial services institutions.
Sarah has held senior positions at several notable companies, most recently she was a Partner at CGI in 2023, one of the worlds largest IT Consulting firms. Her career spans executive roles at Canada News Wire, Ceridian, FinancialForce, TransparentBusiness, Insurance Search Bureau, and Deloitte Canada. Her extensive experience showcases her versatility and bias for action in continuous learning.
Sarah Baldeo holds an Executive MBA from the University of Toronto and a specialized honours degree in neuroscience from York University. She has also acquired certifications from prestigious institutions such as Princeton, Toronto Metropolitan University, and the University of Illinois, demonstrating her commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
Throughout her career, Sarah has actively participated in various organizations and initiatives. She served as the Chair of the Professional Background Screening Association and was an anchor member of the Canadian Women’s Chamber of Commerce.
