The one ally Chloe has in her own family is her half-sister, Beth, a public prosecutor intent on bringing Chris to justice. Her approach is so aggressive that everyone from Chloe’s security specialist to the police detective insists that she is doing more harm than good. Beth assures Chloe that her way is the only way that will work, which leaves Chloe to decide whether to trust the experts, or the sister she barely knows. The wrong choice puts her very life in danger.

Chloe's story continues and we get introduced to more characters and get more glimpses into what makes Chloe, Chloe. She has a lot to get through here. I am loving this series but I sort of wished it was all in one book as I love Chloe and Jason. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

I love this series and have really grown fond of the characters. This is book 4 and having read them all, I am hooked on the series. The author is extremely talented at developing her characters and telling the story. I am looking forward to the next book.
